timedatectl は RHEL7 の新機能です。システムクロックとその設定を照会および変更するために使用できます。以下の手順に従って、タイムゾーンを IST (インド) に変更します。 (root ユーザーとして以下のコマンドを実行します)。
1. 以下のコマンドを使用して、利用可能なすべてのタイムゾーンを一覧表示します。このコマンドを使用すると、タイムゾーンの長いリストを取得できます。

You can make this change permanent for yourself by appending the line TZ='Asia/Kolkata'; export TZ to the file '.profile' in your home directory; then log out and log in again. 3. 「date」コマンドを実行して変更を確認します。
