ファイルマネージャのユーザーエラー
問題
Pleskでドメインのファイルマネージャにアクセスすると、次のエラーメッセージのいずれかが表示されます。
FileList::init() failed: ls_dir_wrapper() failed: Unable to change the user (youruser) password: (2245) The password does not meet the password policy requirements. Check the minimum password length, password complexity and password history requirements. *********Debug Info********** 0:htdocs\filemanager\filemanager.php:677
または

• バックアップ中にドメインが一時停止されました。
• アカウントの期限が過ぎており、システムはアカウントを無効にする処理を行っています。

解決策
共有ホスティングプランを利用している場合は、サポートチケットを開きます。

専用サーバーを使用している場合：

1. リモートデスクトップを使用して専用サーバーにログインします 。
2. My Computeを右クリックします rそして管理を選択します 。
3. ローカルユーザーとグループを拡張します 。
4. ユーザーをクリックします フォルダ。
5. エラーメッセージに記載されているユーザーが見つかるまで、ユーザーを参照します。
6. このユーザーを右クリックして、プロパティを選択します 。
7. アカウントが無効になっているの横にあるチェックボックスをオフにします [OK]をクリックします 。
8. Pleskにログインします：
   • Plesk 9.x：ドメイン>[ドメイン]>ウェブホスティング設定に移動します 新しいFTPパスワードを入力します。
   • Plesk 11.x：サブスクリプション>[ドメイン]>ウェブサイトとドメイン>FTPアクセス>[FTPアカウント]に移動します 新しいパスワードを入力します。
     • Plesk 12.x：サブスクリプション>[ドメイン]>ウェブサイトとドメイン>[もっと見る]>[FTPアクセス]>[FTPアカウント]に移動します 新しいパスワードを入力します。
9. Control Suiteを開き、 Plesk x.x.x（ドメイン）>[ドメイン]>権限の再適用をダブルクリックします。
