Centos – Apache Httpサーバーの起動に失敗しました– Httpd.serviceに失敗しましたか？

CENTOSでOTRSを設定しようとしていますが、結果としてhttp.serviceが「開始に失敗しました」と表示されます。

cpan> install DateTimeを使用してみたことに注意してくださいこのモジュールをインストールするには;ただし、ご覧のとおり、エラーは解決しません。
